Bronze Package
Bronze: Hall & toilets only.
Includes room hire, use of facilities, basic social media shoutout, and a listing poster on the outdoor notice board to promote your weekly project.
Main Hall capacity: 50 seated / 65 standing
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: £45 per day / £180 per month (4 days per month)
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: £70 per evening/ £280 per month (4 days per month)
Gold Package
Gold: Full Building Access; Hall/Lounge/Kitchen/toilets
Includes full use of building facilities, enhanced digital advertising (video/reels), professionally designed posters, audience-targeted guidance, weekly Facebook promotions, and inclusion in our newsletter for broader reach.
Platinum: Comprehensive Marketing & Premier Access
Includes full building use, enhanced digital advertising (video/reels), professionally designed posters, audience-targeted guidance, weekly Facebook promotions, and inclusion in our newsletter for wider reach.

All packages include a full legal agreement between both parties. Hire payments must be made in advance of the hire date. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and may be subject to change. Weekly promotions and newsletter inclusions are contingent on current marketing commitments and must align with community guidelines.
